Founder and Principal
Amy Sip is the owner and founder of ASIP Consulting. Amy is dedicated to providing effective and efficient Human Resource services for small to medium sized businesses. Amy has over 20 years' experience in Banking, Finance & Insurance and over 10 years in various Human Resources roles. She earned her associate's Degree in Banking & Finance at the University of Minnesota-Crookston, and her Bachelor’s Degree at St Cloud State University in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources.
Amy a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), Central Minnesota SHRM, member of the CareerForce HR Networking Group, member of Forum of Executive Women (FEW) St. Cloud, member of CMMA, member of Business Exchange, a 2016 graduate from the St. Cloud Area Chamber of Commerce Leadership program and ILT Academy 2022-2023 Cohort founder.
Lauren is a fourth-year Marketing student at Minnesota State University, Mankato. She loves to work on designing logos and websites and also creating our social media posts. She plans to graduate in the spring of 2024 and pursue a full-time career in Marketing.
